Token 3 - DSWA - German South West Africa – ½ Mark Military Token of the 3rd Company, Keetmanshoop/Kanus, c. 1900–1914

Original nickel-plated zinc Wertmarke of the 3. Kompagnie of the German Imperial Schutztruppe in Deutsch-Südwestafrika.

The 3rd Company was associated with Kanus and Keetmanshoop in the southern district of the colony. The token bears “3. KOMPAGNIE” with a star on one side and “½ MARK” on the other. Nickel-plated zinc, approximately 25.6 mm.
