At Haller Treasure Chest, we take great care in describing and presenting every item in our collection accurately. As we specialize in rare and unique collectibles — including coins, tokens, and enamel signs — please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with Swiss and EU consumer protection law. To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unused and unaltered.
To initiate a return, please contact us at [your contact email] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 2 business days.
Non-returnable items Due to their unique and collectible nature, the following are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been handled, cleaned, or altered after delivery
- Items explicitly sold as final sale or lot purchases
Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Damaged or incorrect items If your item arrives damaged or is not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a refund if the object(s) is/are in the same condition as prior the sale, a refund of the purchase price of the object will be done - less a 10% handling fees.
Shipping costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is incorrectly described. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
