GSWA Pass token: Omaruru Pass 3959 reissued

These pass tokens had to be worn around the neck by native Namibians as from 18May1904 during the German Colonial times. Signed, 18May1904, Der Kaiserliche Bezirksmann. Dr Fuchs.

This specific pass token was issued on 13 October 1907 with the range number 2501 - 7000. The '0' stamped on the pass token indicates that it has being reissued to another worker, hence a very rare pass token. Further can one see '555' at the backside, a further indication of a reissued pass token.
