Shipping Policy — Haller Treasure Chest
At Haller Treasure Chest, we take great care in packaging and shipping our rare collectibles to ensure they arrive safely.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.
Domestic Shipping (Switzerland)
- Carrier: SwissPost
- Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days
- Tracked shipping included on all orders
International Shipping (Europe & Worldwide)
- Carrier: Swiss Post (Priority/Economy International)
- Estimated delivery to EU: 3–7 business days
- Estimated delivery outside EU: 7–14 business days
- All international shipments are tracked
Customs, Duties & Taxes For orders shipped outside Switzerland, customs duties, import taxes, and any applicable fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the order total and are levied by the destination country's customs authority.
Valuable & Fragile Items All collectibles are carefully packaged to ensure safe transit. High-value items may be shipped with additional insurance at no extra cost.
Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@hallertreasurechest.com with photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
If your shipment has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
