DOBIEY - collecting African Art close to 50 years and is well known in the circles of African Art collectors in the Southern Africa.  He worked for various NGO's in the region, which enabled him to work, travel and collect at the same time. A true connoisseur of African Art, who also knew the founder of Peter's Antiques - Peter HALLER since many years .
